Counselling is a form of self-care which can help people manage a number of challenges including but not limted to: stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, and relationship challenges. I have the privilege in my role as a counsellor to go along with individuals, and couples through their emotional health wellness journeys.
